Cannellini Beans
Slightly kidney-shaped with squarish ends, cannellini beans are from Tuscany and are creamy white in colour. When cooked, they have a fluffy texture and a slightly nutty, mild flavour.
Cannellini Beans are ideal for soups, casseroles and salads.

Ardèche Cherries Calibre 26/28 (Large)
These cherries are of the Burlat variety grown by our friend and farmer Mme. Galibert from Ferme de la Tapie who also grows our French peaches, nectarines and apricots. Caliber 26
28 refers to the diameter in millimetres, these being at the higher end of the spectrum and thus fairly large. For comparison most supermarket varieties are 17 or 20 max.

Flat Saturnine Peaches
Saturn Peaches have a white flesh, very thin skin and is loaded with sugar and flavour. Saturn Peach is excellent for baking, glazing, sautéing in butter and brown sugar, but best of all eaten out of hand.
