Existem Affiliate Management was set up in 2006 to meet the needs of existing and new clients to affiliate marketing.
We saw a gap in the UK affiliate marketing arena for a quality management company that could provide honest and timely advice to affiliates and merchants.
During the last few months the team at ExistemAM has grown rapidly and below you will find details about all the staff who were here before and also the new recruits.

Despite trying to escape the online world a chance meeting with Mark back in 2006 saw me as a founding member of the ExistemAM team – I have thoroughly enjoyed my part in getting us this far on the journey and all the grey hair on my head is balanced by working with inspirational clients and colleagues!

About Micky:-
A seasoned online marketing professional since 2001, ranging from online recruitment advertising, Pay Per Click, and technology solutions in Affiliate Marketing. Also experienced in the recruitment, management & ongoing development of Sales teams and Account Managers since 2005, progressing towards a leadership position as part of the Senior Management team before joining ExistemAM as Sales Director.

About John
I fell into affiliate marketing by accident really, after I left school, completed my engineering apprenticeship in my home city of Coventry then took a career change into retail management - for companies like Toys r Us and Debenhams. After that I became an affiliate working with over 1400 programs prior to joining ExistemAM.

About Hannah:-
I have been in the industry for over 3 years now and have loved every minute. I’m a keen scuba diver, vegetable grower and social media addict. I started out as an affiliate manager for mobiles.co.uk then moved to Plymouth to join the ExistemAM team here in September 2008. I haven’t looked back since!

Lorraine Russell - Finance Manager
About Lorraine Russell:-
Lorraine joined ExistemAM in April as our Finance Manager after nearly nineteen years service at City College Plymouth as Nursery Deputy Manager. Her role included overseeing the running of the nursery, managing staff and finances whilst maintaining a high standard of care. Since joining ExistemAM Lorraine has undertaken the ICB course and once completed will be a certified bookkeeper.

Existem Affiliate Management has once more been named the industry’s Best Agency in Affiliate Marketing at the annual a4uAwards which recognise the top businesses and individuals working in the Affiliate & Performance Marketing sector.
The UK’s largest Affiliate Management agency has held this particular crown for the past three years, since the Awards were launched, and this year also beat off stiff competition from Full Service and Digital Media Agencies including NEO@Ogilvy, BLM Quantum and the now defunct i-level.

Micky Khanna is joining the senior management team at Existem Affiliate Management as Sales Director to lead its aggressive new business strategy.
Khanna has over nine years of online marketing experience, most recently as Head of Affiliate Sales at buy.at where he and his team brought in almost £6m in new business revenue when the company was fully integrated into AOL’s Platform-A business. His team were also instrumental in winning a number of of the UK’s leading brands such as Talk Talk, Virgin Money, and HBOS, plus the consolidation of accounts including 02 and Orange.

Malcolm Cowley, one of the original founders of buy.at, is joining the Board of Existem Affiliate Management to help mastermind a significant new growth strategy for the business which will respond to Advertisers’ growing needs for greater control of their Affiliate activity.
